My account kept logging out and when I changed the password it wouldnt work. When I contacted customer service I got a generic pre written email, telling me what to do how to retrieve a lost password, which I had already tried. I also lost my phone number which I had for over 3 years, which I also got a generic email telling me I could lose it due to "inventory" issues if I hadnt used it for 21 days. Terrible service. Im deleting the app.
