Great app to enjoy unlimited texting over wifi

After using the app for years, I recently had to email support. I got an automated reply attempting to hand me off to a sub-company associated to the parent program. No concern whatsoever that I have been a customer for YEARS. I WAS HERE SINCE DAY ONE WHEN IT WAS CALLED TEXTPLUS. There is too many apps out there to have to put up with BS when a long time customer needs help from support. BEWARE, ITS GOOD UNTIL YOU NEED HELP, THEN ITS SOMEONE ELSES PROBLEM. 1 star. If I could rate it No stars, I would. BS.

Before the current update I was fine but now its not sending me anything no SMS confirmations or texts from other people

A very useful app if you have wifi access. A bit laggy but all around decent. Lots of ways to get free credits for calling.

After just renewing the Keep My Number subscription. I got a message that wouldnt go though then noticed my number changed. No tech support phone number and no answer to my emails and messages. A rotten thing. I want my old number back Now I have 2 numbers! Come on! I called their headquarters and got a voicemail. Do not get this app! My new number shows in my profile but click on it, and the old number appears. Friends are telling me that the old number is coming through.

Wont get SMS codes from other apps

Soo I pay to remove adds but you still up adds up after I pay to remove em da hell is wrong with you guys

Keeps crashing, lags at every letter I type, overloaded with adds, slow to open, overall its disgrace.

Based on my most recent experience Im assuming that this company is going out of business and is scamming its users out of money in the process. After using their service (and provided phone number) for years I recently received a message from NextPlus (from within the app) stating that I would be losing my phone number unless I paid to lock it to my account. So I paid. A few days after paying my phone number disappeared. Ive emailed their customer service multiple times, but have yet to receive any support nor a response. BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS APP AND DEFINITELY DO NOT PAY FOR ANY OF THEIR SERVICES. THEY DO NOT DELIVER AND DO NOT RESPOND.

i just updated this app yesterday, July 29/17 and it keeps crashing. please fix this

Why is that you can change the phone number on Text Plus, but not on Next Plus? Theres no option to Customize Your Number on Next Plus.

They sent a text 7 days prior to switching your number to a new one then ask you to pay to keep your number. That seemed fair, as it was tied to a lot of accounts I didnt want to change. I paid the money, and 6 days later they switched it anyway with no warning. Now I have no access to my accounts it was tied to for a password reset and someone else does. Sent multiple emails to support, and get no responses. They conned me out of my money and ran. Dont trust them.

They deleted my account right after I put money into smh

Flashing lights, obnoxious sounds, too many adds. Obtrusive. There are better choices....This is what I wrote a couple years ago; but now that is gone and Im very satisfied. This has become my primary phone, texting option. Screw you, Verizon, AT&T and all you psychopathic corporate behemoths!
