Poor sound quality

New update. It has come a long way since TextPlus. More reliable, clearer calls, dependable, as my change from 2 to 4 Stars. Good to know theyve listened. I use it extensively for my away message and phone use.

Ive used this now, off and on, since it was TextPlus, for about 2+ years. They are no way close to Skype. Their range in N.America is poor. Example, you can not call from Canada or the USA to Mexico. The delayed, echo, response at the listeners edge - has never improved, unlike Skype that listened to customers and upgraded their infrastructure. For clarity in calls and countries you talk to - #staywithSkype
