Questions!!

For months now Ive been using the nextplus Wi-Fi text and call app, the only problem I have encountered is periodically it will not let me place nor let me take an outbound call or even an inbound call. I am currently trying to receive a SIM card for the nextplus go accounts and upgrade to an unlimited text call and data plan however I continue to have support send me links that do not take me anywhere that requires and address for the Sim card to be sent to. This seems to be the only app that I actually offers that type of service and I would greatly appreciate it if any body who uses this has any advice for me so that I can activate as soon as possible. Please. Please! Help a girl out!
