Took my money, didnt deliver what I paid for, zero support

Based on my most recent experience Im assuming that this company is going out of business and is scamming its users out of money in the process.

After using their service (and provided phone number) for years I recently received a message from NextPlus (from within the app) stating that I would be losing my phone number unless I paid to lock it to my account. So I paid.

A few days after paying my phone number disappeared. Ive emailed their customer service multiple times, but have yet to receive any support nor a response.

BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS APP AND DEFINITELY DO NOT PAY FOR ANY OF THEIR SERVICES. THEY DO NOT DELIVER AND DO NOT RESPOND.
