Changed my number in mid message!

After just renewing the Keep My Number subscription. I got a message that wouldnt go though then noticed my number changed. No tech support phone number and no answer to my emails and messages. A rotten thing. I want my old number back

Now I have 2 numbers! Come on! I called their headquarters and got a voicemail. Do not get this app! My new number shows in my profile but click on it, and the old number appears. Friends are telling me that the old number is coming through.
