After using the app for years, I recently had to email support. I got an automated reply attempting to hand me off to a sub-company associated to the parent program. No concern whatsoever that I have been a customer for YEARS. I WAS HERE SINCE DAY ONE WHEN IT WAS CALLED TEXTPLUS. There is too many apps out there to have to put up with BS when a long time customer needs help from support. BEWARE, ITS GOOD UNTIL YOU NEED HELP, THEN ITS SOMEONE ELSES PROBLEM. 1 star. If I could rate it No stars, I would. BS.
