It works great for a free texting app. One thing that would make it better would be when you want to send a picture you dont have to go into the picture app, so it would be more like iMessage.

I love this app! For my family that doesnt buy into traditional rate plans, I just tell them to download this app and we can chat and even call for free. Looking forward to more features and other ways to earn minutes!

It was working right then you fixed picture text and now I cannot answer again. I just get a message I missed a call. All text are working right just not the incoming calls.

This app has been a lifesaver considering I dont have service on my outdated iPhone 4S. Nextplus allows me to still be able to contact friends and family as long as I have a wifi network. However, theres too many ads!!! Sometimes its even utterly difficult to text someone and then I have ad after ad popping up. Sometimes my app will force close. I understand that you can pay to have the ads removed either for a month or year or whatever but some people dont have a steady income and cant always pay to have the ads removed just so they return later. I have purchased the no ads feature for a month before and they were never taken off. I never got refunded. Nextplus has their own service you can pay for, so why do I need to pay to not have ads on a constant basis just so they can come back? My suggestion is just make a one time affordable payment to have the ads taken off indefinitely, since people are already gonna be paying money to add minutes anyway or get service. I also do not like the fact that if I dont use the app for 30 days, I lose my phone number and its a pain in the neck to reset everything and contact everyone in my list just to give them another new number. It inconveniences people. I also suggest that people can make a one time purchase to keep their number indefinitely and if they want to change it, then they can be charged a small fee to change it. Good app but I want a way to keep my phone number permanently and keep ads off indefinitely, so I may actually HAVE the money to purchase minutes or other services!

When an incoming call comes in, it goes straight as missed call wothout even ringing on my phone. Please try and fix this please Asap.

Next plus is a great texting app! Its not only texting, you can call too! For free! Minutes are super cheap, I bought 100 for two dollars! Its super fast, and the staff are super helpful. I was locked out of my account, and they helped me log back in and change my number! Its great!

Bought the annual call plan. Sometimes people can reach me, other times they cant. Will need to improve reliability for me to renew. Cant recommend for people who might rely on this service.

I hardly ever write reviews but this is an exception- I havent used the phone feature on this app yet, but from what I have used before on this app is all really good. I recommend this app to people who dont want to pay extra for regular sms. Love it so far
