Please fix push notifications. I dont get alerts for calls or text ??

NOT RELIABLE, cuts out all the time, some phone numbers can’t call, slow customer service, embarrassing to use......Help...

Its gotten better but needs a lock code to prevent it from being open all the time. It cuts out all the time when Im talking. Terrible and annoying

Best free text app ever

Today I was told I had to change my number. I did. Now I cannot access my account. Why cant NP give a clearly stated site or phone number? I just get the runaround.

I love this app. I use it all the time. Great features! I would have given 5 stars but it crashes a lot.

If you dont have a SIM card or anything to call/text ppl with, use this app! The layout is pretty easy to use, and calling credit is easy to earn (watching videos, playing games, downloading and app or two). The texting feature is accurate & not difficult to use as well, just put in a number that youve chosen and BAM you got unlimited texting thru wifi. You can also personalize the person who youre texting, which is pretty neat. The reason that I didnt give 5 stars is because its pretty difficult for someone to call YOU on this app, so if youre applying for a job or anything along these lines, itll be hard to find out who they are & etc. I wish this app could be a little more straightforward, to be honest.

When will there be new themes?? I have always loved seeing the new themes and Ive already used all the old themes! But other than that, good app! But sometimes I dont get any calls but apparently it says I have missed calls? It never gave me a chance to even answer it!

Low cost plans,ads free is a must.

Great app if you want a free phone number and unlimited free texting !!! I would recommend this app to anyone ! Love it !

Its a good app to use. Choose a number and start texting. There is fees for phone calls. Sucky part is the constant pop up ads

If you have any other option other then this POS app then do it. Nextplus can take up to 8 hours to receive a text and then I will receive no notification informing me of its arrival until the application is opened. Dont bother with this crappy app, spend $50 and get a cellphone
