Nextplus: Private Phone Number App Reviews

I used to quite like this app because of the free us phone number to begin with. I purchased one of the phone call plans for like 10 dollars, and then they changed the system one day and I can neither use the credit anymore unless I purchase new one, or get refund. So I wasted like 8 dollars I was going to use for the entire year. It is disappointing.

Receivers cant view pictures or file on the app unless browser. Apart from this it work superb.

This app is great for texting with friends. I love how its free, and if you want to call people all you have to do is buy more minutes, if you ran out. I rate this five stars, its the best app I could find.

I love this app, it works great for free unlimited texts and you can earn points watching short videos to earn free calling! Its awesome for when I am in the mountains of VA etc visiting family an have no regular signal well that is when they have wifi and no signal because I can still send and receive free texts and use the calling when I have earned enough on it by watching the videos. The texts are free whether you watch the videos or not. Ive recommended this app to many people! Great app!

When I get a notification the contacts name dosent show up, only their number. Also, when trying to change someones name, it does not update the name properly on the app.

Needs to run faster... The excessive news and social is unnecessary. If I add a contact from the app the name stays as a number. Also in notifications the number never changes to a name, it just shows a number... Quite annoying

I use nextPlus a lot to call and text people but I think calling over wifi should be free and not cost money but after all its basically FaceTime Audio for devices like the iPod because they cant contact other brand devices.

This app is good but there is no group messaging.

I want to use the media to thank textplus and nextplus for their good work. Please do it so that I can be able to call and receive call from other country not just USA and CANADA.

I like this app because it lets me keep in touch with people and when my regular cellphone isnt available.. Very useful. I think it needs a little improving in the area of calling ones own cell phone. When I tried to do it by hitting call myself, it tells me Im a silly head, and that I cant call myself. Why cant I call myself? Or my own cell phone unless I dial it?

The app is good but as a bad network when calling.

This app should be at least on the top five of all the texting apps. I have been using order about two and a half years and only some problems have arise. The techs do fix it quiet fast. Would recommend to others if needed.

I dont get any sound when someone calls. Only notifies me after I missed the call...

I upgraded to Next Plus from text plus. I couldnt log in with my test plus ID, had to get tech support to help me. Finally got straightened out after two days. Now, unless Im on the App I get no alerts to let me know that I have a message. It says my alerts are turned off. I chose to turn them on and it takes me to the Next Plus App on my settings for my iPad. Believe it or not I cant do that as there is no way to turn those alerts on. I have now contacted tech support again. Hopefully, this resolves the problem. May 8, 2016--Still the same problem with turning on alerts. Tech support finally got back to me after a week. It would be nice if Next+ showed up in Notification Center but it does not. If you tap on the App in Settings all it says is location services when using the App or Never, and one can turn on contacts, photos, microphone, and App refresh really! Think you should fix that part to make it easier.
